A Shiny New Trailer Home

Home, September 1971, around the time of my fourth birthday. The view is of Big Bend Lane, North East, Pennsylvania -- the trailer which became my home. Note that it had no lawn, and there were not even any steps to get into it! I recall that for a while we had concrete blocks for steps. At some point someone, most likely my grandfather Richard Armstrong, built a set of steps.



The next time I'm in the area, I should take some reprints of photos of the trailer and see if the current resident is interested in seeing what their home looked like 36 years ago.
